Am I able to do more than one service at once?
Yes! I have many packages that include more than one service. I offer packages that include a wardrobe consult and an individual shopping spree with a stylist. I also offer an array of personal shopping experiences and wedding styling. Contact me today to learn more!
I live out of state. will you still work with me?
I do travel for large events. I go where I am needed!
Fortunately, we have been blessed with so much technology. In today's virtual world, we can work through phone, email, facetime, skype, etc. I want to make it convenient for everybody.
Do you work weekends?
Yes! We can work any day of the week. I am on YOUR time.
Do you offer Transportation?
We do expect the client to provide their own transportation. I will meet you at the location. Safety is important at Ashley's Consult and therefor we will not take any risk by driving you ourselves.
Is my information private?
YES! No photos, survey questions, consultation answers, and etc. will be shared unless you give permission to do so. We will never share your information via any method of communication.
I want you to style my wedding. Do you offer other services such as photography?
I primarily work in the world of style. This includes brides, grooms, bridesmaids, groomsmen, mother of the bride, ushers and anybody else needing help with their apparel for the wedding. Although I do not offer photography, I do work with many photographers that I would be happy to connect you with.
CAN I CANCEL A SERVICE?
Yes.
Cancellations: The deposit is non refundable. If canceled within 72 hours, a $30.00 charge will be issued.
Reschedules: No additional charge will be made if a reschedule is let known more than one week prior to the service. If notice of a reschedule is given within one week of the service, a charge will be given in the price of the deposit.
Do you offer Gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are a very popular gift item. Gift cards are non refundable and you can book services at anytime after one is purchased.
Do you offer color expertise?
Yes, I offer color expertise. I can also plan outfits based on specific events or themes.
can i pay with a credit card?
I accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Soon I will be offering gift cards!
How long are services?
This depends on services. Typical shopping services are 3 hours. Wardrobe Consultations are 2 hours. Because every client and wardrobe is different, additional hours can be added if needed.
